I don't even know where to begin!! Jacqueline and Jay were the photographers I hired for my wedding and they were simply amazing. I knew from the moment I first spoke to Jacqueline that she would be the perfect fit for what I was looking for. She became a friend to me over the past year while planning my wedding. She was always available when I had a question and responded very quickly to my emails. Fast forward to my wedding day.. When she arrived on the day of my wedding I felt a total calmness come over me. I knew that as long as Jacqueline was by my side everything would go smoothly. I really don't know what I would have done without her. Believe me when I say this... Jacqueline is not your typical photographer! She goes the extra mile to not only take amazing photographs but she also has a way of making her brides feel beautiful! Not to be forgotten is her husband Jay! He is a wonderful photographer! My now husband really liked him as well. Jay is super easy to talk to and has a good heart! I will never forget one of the last songs at my wedding Jacqueline put her arm around my shoulder and we sang the song together and danced in our celebration of a wedding that was a true success. I am really going to miss working with the two of them now that my wedding is over. When looking for a photographer remember one thing.. After the wedding is done all you have left are memories.. Beautiful sweet ones. Jacqueline and Jay were the ones who have captured the true essence of those memories and moments that will last a lifetime for me. You can't put a price tag on that. For their amazing work and true dedication to their art I will forever be able to see the smiles, laughter and tears of all who shared with me the most beautiful day of my life!
By the end of my session, Jax went from being my photographer to being part of my family. She has the biggest heart with a world of talent!
I can't begin to express how much I loved working with Jax Photography. I'm not one who loves to be in front of the camera and Jax took her time making sure I was comfortable and creating photos, that really looked like works of art. I’d like to think choosing the right photographer for your wedding is almost as important as picking the right spouse. These photos will last forever, just like your marriage. Take it from a bride who talked to multiple photographers before their wedding, your search needs to end here. It only took 5 minutes into my first meeting with Jay and Jacqueline to know we were a perfect match. Other photographers literally wanted to show up the day of, take pictures, give you a CD and never talk with you again. With Jacqueline and Jay, by the time our wedding day came, it felt like having old friends taking the pictures. We were so comfortable and honestly didn’t even know they were there. On our wedding day, they were punctual and organized. They kept everyone on time and helped make sure everything looked great in the pictures. I honestly think every one of my bridesmaids would have been late if it wasn’t for Jacqueline keeping us in check. After the wedding and we saw our pictures, we were speechless. Absolutely STUNNING. We also purchased the wedding story DVD from them and I would highly recommend that. We did not have a videographer so it’s wonderful to have something to be able to sit and watch. My husband and I have already said that if any babies ever came around, we would never go to anyone other than Jax. So, if you are looking for someone to just take pictures and never get to know you or your fiancé, then I would say you need to keep searching. But if you are looking for a sweet and caring couple who would do anything to make your wedding day perfect, then I can whole heartedly say you need to use Jay and Jacqueline.
As soon as I contacted Jacqueline and told her the devastating story of our wedding photos being damaged by the photographer, she jumped in right away to fix a problem that was never hers in the first place. Jacqueline helped me to plan and recreate as much of my original wedding day as possible. She had so many wonderful ideas! She helped contact my vendors and make arrangements to make my 1st anniversary as special as possible.
