Not a very good selection. Small store higher prices
this Store always unprofessional and have Zero Costumer service , every time we left it we felt unhappy with the treatment as the ripped off, last year as this year yesterday we waited for an hour inside the store and its only 2 there working a a guy keep yawning ,burping and farting while helping another customer and a lady helping 2 and its took forever nobody said hi or hello or we will be with you latter on , another guy came in with coffee in his hand and took off his jacket and pen his computer with helping nobody and he saw 2 sitting on chair and we 're standing its like a hospital everybody sleepy and frown never smile and dont like to work so no no we didn't give you our money and you treat us like that we left the store and went to Walmart in Dunkirk , they dont care and couple years ago in Chesapeake Verizon also the guy from Russia who never talk or smile just when he want to take extra $20 for everything he will talk to you or helps you ripped us off we always unhappy with this nightmare store and now he wasn't there yesterday from 12-1 pm but also they left the worse employee you never know why

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They just want your money and do not follow the quality of service and security that Prince Frederick Verizon holds. I came in with a Droid Turbo 2 that I've had for two years that stopped charging. Figured I'd need a new phone. I wanted a moto phone, but the salesman kept on talking about the Galaxy S6 Edge. Horrible phone. I took it because I figured okay, it'll be good (now I know to never listen to a salesman......). Never got a receipt for the phone. I decided I wanted a refund. I learned through a Verizon Store in Tysons Corner, VA, that I had to take the phone BACK to Chesapeake Beach because it was a reseller store and not a corporate location. This took a while to figure out because the man at the Chesapeake Beach store told me customer service refunds all transactions, to which customer service told me that was incorrect. I go in Saturday morning right when the store opens. No one showed until a minute after the opening, to which the same man who told me customer service processes refunds, shows up with his professional clothing in his hands. He unlocks the door and CHANGES IN THE BACKROOM of the store. Comes out, doesn't know how to process a refund, calls customer service, and at this point I don't care about the cloud backup or activating my old phone again. I don't trust this person handling anything else. I don't get a receipt for the refund, but it apparently takes a couple days to process. On top of all this the man was unprofessional, unorganized, and not prepared. I then go to Verizon in Prince Frederick, tell the salesman that I went to Chesapeake Beach, and his response was "Uh oh, they just want your money". Moral of the story: Prince Frederick Verizon is cheaper, helpful, and more knowledgeable and prepared, than Chesapeake Beach's Fake Verizon Store.
