The parking lot is a nightmare at busy hours. I usually go early, ,when they 1st open. Always enough pleasant employees to help you find items. Butcher on hand to custom cut or grind your meats. Check out is almost always a breeze. Great sale prices . Love my Rolands, hardly even shop anywhere else.
Deli area is not removing gloves when multitasking--sweeping; serving food;
Wonderful market with a wide assortment of basics as well as more upscale items. Good cheeses and produce, plus alcoholic beverages.

Employees smoking; sitting on ground in front of store with their food aprons on; clearly had food stains on front.
I've always appreciated how Roland's blends in with the natural wood décor of the little shopping center it's located in -- which is most unusual for a grocery store these days. A pleasure to shop there.
