..all areas are clean and neat.. Pizza is great.
As much as I like Ledo's, the dine in service here was terrible. We didn't have to wait for a table, I guess I know why.

Myfavorite one is In prince Frederick but the one in Dunkirk and the beack are good too. Service is great
Pizza was delicious as always. A little on the greasy side but still good. The waitress was a little slow but she was very nice and got our order right. It was pretty empty so we had a nice quiet family dinner.
The wait time for everything was way too long. We just ordered pizzas, but as we sat there waiting, I know we could have called in an order and gotten it faster, because I've ordered pizza from here and had it ready in thirty minutes. It was like they had to make the dough and sauce from scratch when we placed the order. When we finally got the pizzas, they were just brought out without giving us any plates or silverware. When my wife asked for some, the waitress said that they didn't have any. My wife questioned why they didn't have any. Waitress said it was all dirty. Finally the manager got plastic ware for us after my wife asked her if they have plastic ware. The table behind us somehow got silverware, so I don't know how they managed to find it for them and not us.
I typically don't post reviews, but wanted to share our experience. I am giving two stars because at least the pizza was good. If you don't know how to serve customers, I don't think you will be in business much longer when there is a nice mama Lucia across the street.
I know there was a Christmas parade, but the place wasn't that busy and you're only making pizzas, not something elaborate. Worst part was we didn't even get an apology for the bad service. She obviously knew the service was terrible, because my friend commented reminding them about the Christmas parade next year. She said it was on the calendar.
Great food, great customer service, great atmosphere!
Friendly staff, good food, fun for the whole family. I had a great experience with a large party. I'd recommend the cheese fries!
